Untracked shipping and refund policy

No refunds, exchanges or store credit on lost or damaged untracked packages. Please select another shipping method for Package Protection. Tracked shipping is strongly recommended. 

Untracked packages will be shipped out within 4 business days and may take up to two weeks to arrive within Canada but can take up to 3 weeks to arrive in the US.
