Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed and packaged within 3–7 business days. Express orders are prioritized and ship within 24 hours on business days. Please note that custom jewelry pieces may require additional processing time, which will be specified in the product description.

Shipping Methods

We ship using Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.

- Free standard shipping is available on orders over $125 CAD within Canada and the USA.

- Free express shipping is offered on orders over $250 CAD.

Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup in the Lower Sackville/Bedford area of Nova Scotia.

If you're interested in local pickup, please contact us before placing your order by emailing us at bearskindesigns@gmail.com or messaging us through our social media platforms. We'll arrange a convenient pickup time with you.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged items. We’ll be happy to work with you to find a solution.

Please note: We are not liable for packages sent via untracked letter mail that become lost in transit.

Delivery Issues and Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to have it resent.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package. If your package is missing after being marked as delivered, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Order Changes After Checkout

We are unable to modify the shipping address or order contents once an order has been processed. Please double-check all information before completing your purchase.

Signature Requirements

Some high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery. This is to ensure the safe receipt of your items.

International Orders

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Additional Information

We do not process or ship orders on holidays. If you place an express order on a holiday, it will be processed on the next business day. Please consider this when choosing shipping options.
